　　In order to achieve the goal of turning Yunan Industrial Park into a battery production base, Guangzhou Tiger Head Battery Group CO.,LTD concentrated its efforts and stepped up every link in accordance with the deployment. To strengthen technical management and improve process technology and product standards, the company purchased and constructed a new R6 battery production line (600 pcs/min) and R03 labeling line.

　　During the manufacturing process of the production line, the company actively communicated with manufacturer, and solved the problem promptly through strict requirement. After the production line was completed, the relevant personnel were organized to go to the factory for acceptance and carefully inspected the operation and process of the production line. Subsequently, a meeting was held to confirm the specific implementation plan and precautions. After the meeting, a series of preparations for the production line before entering the site were carried out, including design layout, on-site marking, etc., to ensure that all work before entering the site is foolproof. At the end of June 2020, the R6 battery production line and the R03 labeling line have entered the site smoothly as expected. In the follow-up, equipment installation, power-on, ventilation, debugging, trial production and other work will be carried out, and strive to be put into use as soon as possible.
